Booval Fair to be renovated

BOOVAL Fair will be refurbished with building working to start on a new façade.

New food and casual dining alternatives will be available from next April at the centre which was built 55 years ago.

Retail First Managing Director Mr Steven Bridges said Espresso Lane and new outdoor dining outlets will help meet locals’ needs.

Keep Fitness gym would launch next month, while Express Lane would follow in 2025 at Booval Fair which has more than 50 stores.

Mall owners Retail First and YFG Shopping Centres have not revealed how much the project would cost.

The centre will remain open during building works with disruption to shoppers and retailers to be kept to a minimum during festive trading hours.
