It is hooked up to a solar system, has a double lock up garage and is fully fenced. It also has a covered side patio and back patio. The kitchen has timber benchtops and a sizable pantry. This property was last on the market in 2018, when it sold for $270,000.

BRASSALL: “A beautiful family home loaded with extras’ is how this Cedarwood Drive residence was described. It sold this month for $565,000. Extras include air conditioning to the large living areas, a large alfresco patio, a kitchen with laminate bench tops and full stainless steel appliances. There’s an ‘oversized’ master bedroom with air conditioning, a large walk-in robe and ensuite. It also has security screens, fans to all living areas and bedrooms plus many other individual features. This property was last on the market in 2009, when it sold for $370,000.

DEEBING HEIGHTS: This Sovereign Pocket Estate home has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and sits on a 280sqm block in Pintail Circuit. It sold this month for $450,000. There is a master suite, a modern kitchen, open plan lounge and dining room and some air conditioning. Outside there’s an alfresco dining area and the yard is fully fenced. This property was last on the market in 2019, when it sold for $369,000.

SADLIERS CROSSING: This renovated, circa 1900s home and a second fully self-contained dwelling are located on a 3,820sqm block in Francis Lane. The property sold for $980,000, this month. The main home has four bedrooms, including a master suite, 3.2m ceilings and a two sided, wraparound verandah, which is accessed through French doors. There’s also a rear deck and a separate living room as well as a good sized kitchen. The second dwelling has one bedroom, one bathroom, a kitchen and open plan living as well as a carport. The main home has lovely stained glass work and has been ‘lifted’ on stumps giving potential to build in underneath. This property was last on the market in 2012, when it sold for $660,000.

There’s a separate lounge and dining room with air conditioning, and a spacious kitchen. The unit has the biggest outdoor entertainment area and biggest backyard out of all the units in the complex. It also has a single lock up remote garage, an on-site caretaker and a communal barbeque area. This property was last on the market in 2007, when it sold for $170,000.

BRASSALL: A two-unit duplex in Melville Drive sold this month for $610,000. Located on a 450sqm block, the larger unit has four bedrooms, a large living space, a master bedroom suite plus three bedrooms. It also has a private patio and electric garage. The second unit has one bedroom and one bathroom as well as a large kitchen and living space. It too, has a private patio and electric garage. There is no available sale history for this property.

RACEVIEW: A well-maintained home on a 510sqm block in Hayes Street, sold this month for $530,000. The four-bedrooms include a master suite and there’s separate living areas and an open plan kitchen with a breakfast bar. There is also a covered patio, a roomy laundry and security screens. The yard is fenced and a water tank is plumbed in to the bathroom and toilet. This property was last on the market in 2011, when it sold for $125,000.

ONE MILE: This home in Phillip Street sold for $345,000 this month. Described as ‘nothing grand just a great low maintenance, three bedroom property on a fenced 607 sqm block with a few extras’. The kitchen is original and the lounge is towards the front of the home. There’s a covered front patio and a covered area in the backyard. And there’s three garden sheds in the backyard. This property was last on the market in 2009, when it sold for $210,000.

DEEBING HEIGHTS: One of a stretch of 24 purpose-built homes, which are described as a modern take on the old terrace style houses, sold this month for $465,000. Positioned high on a 365sqm block that overlooks the nature reserve across the road, the home has four bedrooms, including a master suite. The kitchen has stone benchtops, a peninsular bench and adjoins the open plan family – dining room. There’s internal entry from the garage or sliding door to the rear yard. It comes with a low maintenance yard and a double garage at the back. This property was last on the market in 2013, when it sold for $369,000.

EASTERN HEIGHTS: A big home with five great sized bedrooms is how the selling agents described a Blaxland Street home which sold this month for $536,000. Built on a 749sqm block, the kitchen has lots of bench and storage space and there’s a large rumpus room and a ‘big’ back yard. The unusual deck offers some great views and an ideal space for barbeques. This property was last on the market in 1999, when it sold for $95,000.

KARALEE: The home was described as a ‘blue chip property’ by the selling agent. It sold earlier this month for $720,000. The 2,016sqm property in Hood Street has three spacious bedrooms with built-ins, cathedral ceilings, and a beautifully renovated kitchen and bathroom. There’s also a large undercover outdoor entertainment area and well established gardens. The yard is fully fenced and has a garden shed, a powered shed and a water tank. This property was last on the market in 2014, when it sold for $390,000.
