The six-bedroom, three bathroom home has multiple living areas and a large kitchen with lots of natural light. High ceilings, VJ timber walls, fireplace and timber floors are reminiscent of the period in which it was built. The yard boasts a saltwater swimming pool, double carport and shed.

DEEBING HEIGHTS: A modern home with a heritage style facade, with five bedrooms and two bathrooms, sold last month for $1.11 million. The almost half hectare property is fenced and gated on both sides for easy access to the backyard.
