The yard is fully landscaped and fenced and houses the 5.6kW solar system and the three space garage which has internal access to the home.

There is another shed at the rear of the property. It has three phase power and is 6m by 9m and attached to the side is a 4m by 9m carport. Also attached to the front of the shed is an 8m by 5.8m carport which has been built to fit a full caravan in.
