Housing market holds firm against capital city slump

IPSWICH: A fully renovated and sympathetically extended George Brockwell Gill designed bungalow in York Street is on the market for offers over $1.1 million. The 1920s home has five bedrooms, two bathrooms and stands on a 1196sqm allotment.

NORTH IPSWICH: Offers over $629,000 is the call on this four bedroom, one bathroom home in Downs Street. It’s on a 1,012sqm block, rooms on two levels, a wraparound, built-in verandah and pressed metal ceilings.
