The bedrooms and living areas are situated on the upper level where the master bedroom suite has direct access to the verandah and stretches the width of the interior. There’s a huge kitchen and dining area with bay windows and a media room. Downstairs there’s a large rumpus room, storage and a double carport. The 4,915sqm parcel of land was purchased in 1991 for $19,000.

SADLIERS CROSSING: Hinemoa was built in 1903 and has undergone renovations without the loss of the original features. The four-bedroom, two-bathroom home sold last month for $950,000. It stands on a 1,037sqm picket-fenced allotment in Ferrett Street, has accommodation for five cars and there’s a shed in the landscaped gardens at the back. Inside the home there’s a new kitchen with stone benches and a five-burner gas stove. It was last on the market in 2014 when it sold for $520,000.

KARALEE: Six bedrooms, three bathrooms and a 4,045sqm block were selling points for this home in Krystyna Court, which sold last month for $1.2 million. The home was built in 2005 and its street presentation is impressive with a solar gated entry, concrete driveway, sculpted hedges, immaculate lawns and attractive fencing. The interior takes in a kitchen with Caesarstone benchtops, ducted air conditioning throughout, a granny flat and direct access to a large rear patio. The home last sold in 2008 for $735,000.

SOUTH RIPLEY: A four-bedroom home with three living areas and a pool in Harmony Crescent sold last month for $910,000. The home is on a 588sqm block opposite parklands in the Providence estate. It has a large kitchen with Caesarstone benchtops, a large walk in pantry, a free standing five burner gas cooktop and oven and lots of storage. There’s ducted air conditioning, a media room and the interior of the home has just been repainted. The property was last on the market in 2015, when it sold for $497,967.

PINE MOUNTAIN: Ten acres of land and two homes made a property in Stokes Road an attractive buy last month for $1.7 million. Boosted by mountain views, permanent water and a gazebo overlooking the tennis court. The two-bedroom second home was built in 2015, is wheelchair friendly and includes a studio. The main home has four bedrooms and a study, an open plan design and a large undercover outdoor area. The kitchen features granite benchtops, there’s ducted air conditioning throughout and nine-foot ceilings. The property was last on the market in 1990, when it sold for $350,000.
